Driving by motorbike from Sapa to Can Cau market on Saturday, we arrived at Can Cau at 1:30 pm when the market was going to finish. Unfortunately we could not see much. But we tried to take some photos of the things left before it was over. This market is interesting, colourful with lots of Flower Hmong people who sells the local products. We stopped by a noodle stall run by an ethnic woman. She belongs to the "Lao" group and is very friendly to invited us the noodle made by herself. Although the broth is not delicious, the noodle is very nice that we tasted it for the first time. As she told us, it is made from red rice, so the noodle is light red and soft with no preservatives. It is unlike the noodle made in the city. On the other side is a man lying on the road under the heat of 30 degree. He forgot the road to go home as he drunk very much and slept right away on the side of the road that made us curious to know what was happening with him. All of the above may be attractive to us with the scenes we have never seen before and we will definitely come back for the nearest day to see it again.
Staying 1 nite in Bac Ha town, we chose a local restaurant to have dinner and found this dish very delicious. That is fried bees with lime leaves. It tastes so good, a little spicy and crispy and soft inside
We visited Bac Ha market on Sunday morning on the second day of our trip in there. It can be said that this market is very interesting and colourful. All of the ethnics are eager to come here to sell or trade the local goods. Especially there is livestock area where they sell dogs, buffaloes, birds, cat, cows that make the market very attractive to travellers like us. Overcrowded overcrowded— feeling excited
