On this trip, you will trek along Ho stream, sneaking through the valley nearby Sapa town which is surrounded by huge rice paddy terraces.The night you spend in TaPhin village, the unique village in Sapa area where Red Dzao minority people live, will be an excellent experience.

ITINERARY

Night 1: Ha Noi - Lao Cai

You will be picked up by a company staff at the hotel in Hanoi, transfer to Railway station by car for checking in the night train Sp1 at 21:10 Pm and sleep on train. 

Day 1: Lao Cai – Sapa – Ma Tra – Ta Phin village (B,L,D)

Trekking Road: 14 km in 5 hours/ 1 hour lunch

Arriving at Lao Cai station, our local tour guide will meet you at the exit, transfer you to Sapa for freshening up, breakfast at hotel. Then starting the trekking trip to Ta phin. 9:00 am our car will transfer you and tour guide to Ho stream where you can begin your day trek to Ta phin village. A whole  day trek follows buffalo trails to visit the hospitality of villages of Black Hmong minority people at Ma Tra. Passing by a school with scenic view enroutes, picnic lunch will be served  on the way. In the late afternoon, you will arrive at Ta Phin village. This is village of Red Dzao people, you will stay in one of traditional houses of Red Dzao, prepare foods, cook it together with house host. This is time you can have more chance to get to know about the ethnic culture, life, custom and daily activities. Overnight at homestay in Ta Phin village.

Ta Phin is very famous for herbal medication. Here can be offered to you with herbal bath by soaking your body in wooden bucket with US$ 5-7/1guest/1time.

Day 2: Ta Phin – Mong Sen – Sapa – Lao Cai (B,L)

Trekking Road: 8 km in 3 hours

After breakfast, you will continue to trek from Taphin village to Trung Chai about 8km. The beautiful landscape will appear in front of you. You can experience the forest and mountain atmosphere. Follow the small trails next to streams with a lot of water flowing impetuously. Then a private car will pick up you here and transfer back to Sapa for lunch. After lunch, free at your leisure to visit Sapa market with local product such as fruits, foods, herbal medicine, handmade brocade. Pack your bags, then our car and guide will transfer you back to Lao Cai to take a night train back to Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi

The train arrives in Hanoi at 5 am. End of tour. Taxi is available in the platform. You can take it to hotel by yourself.
